Terms and Conditions

Payments

  • Payments are due by the date(s) listed on your invoice. We do set terms for some clients. Please email your representative for more information.
  • Unforgettable Goods, LLC accepts the following payment methods: most credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, checks, and ACH payments. We are also on Bill.com
  • Late Payments: Payments received thirty (30) days after the due date are subject to a 5% late fee. An additional 5% will be added every thirty (30) days thereafter.

Shipping Charges

  • These charges are estimates that are provided by the suppliers and are subject to change. Final invoices will reflect actual shipping totals.

Return Policy

  • While we strive for excellence, there are times in which a customer may not find satisfaction with a product. Please understand that once an item has been decorated with a logo, it can no longer be returned/refunded, UNLESS a supplier/manufacturer deems the items/product to be damaged, defective, or improperly decorated. Unforgettable Goods, LLC will make every effort to work with the supplier to come to a resolution on your behalf.
  • Should you feel that your order was damaged, defective, or improperly decorated, and you would like to request a supplier review, you MUST do so in writing within seven (7) days of receipt of the order.
  • Suppliers reserve the right to request photographs and/or a sample before a return authorization is made.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the expense of the sender.

Cancellations

  • An order can only be canceled prior to the start of production. Once the order is in production, we are unable to stop/cancel on your behalf.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Unforgettable Goods, LLC will not be held responsible if no attempt is made to ensure the cancellation request was received.
  • There will be no cancellation charge if the order is canceled before proof is approved.

Overruns/Underruns

  • Every effort is made to ship the exact quantity ordered; however, due to the nature of the manufacturing process, there may be overruns or underruns of up to 10% of your order quantity total. Should this occur, it is up to the discretion of Unforgettable Goods, LLC to adjust the final invoice to reflect such changes and hence bill or credit for the difference.

Proofs

  • Unforgettable Goods, LLC will request virtual proof on your behalf from the supplier during the order process. Once you have carefully evaluated it and approved this proof, Unforgettable Goods, LLC is no longer responsible for goods produced or delivered incorrectly thereafter, regardless of any prior discussions. Your proof is your final opportunity to correct issues or make changes before it goes to print.

SHIPPING

  • Once your order is picked up by the courier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) and is in transit, we are not liable for any shipping delays that may occur. There are many factors that can delay a shipment (weather, natural disasters, flight delays, etc.). If your in hands date is not met due to a shipping delay, Unforgettable Goods, LLC will not be responsible for any loss incurred. We will do everything possible to work with the courier to get your packages to their destination as quickly as possible. Please plan accordingly.
  • International shipping- Packages shipped outside of the United States will reviewed/evaluated by the customs department in the destination country. Decisions regarding customs clearance made by the agents is out of our control. We will attempt to clear up any issues with the customs agent. However, we will not be liable should your package(s) miss your event do to delays. Please plan accordingly.

  • Unforgettable Goods, LLC assumes that when artwork has been submitted for reproduction, it was submitted in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademarks, etc. By placing these orders, the purchaser agrees not to hold Unforgettable Goods, LLC responsible for any damages, costs, and/or expenses incurred under these laws as a consequence of our use of said artwork.
